This policy describes how your personal data is treated by Pontegadea España, S.L. on its website http://chcasasnovas.com/ (the “Website").

References in this document to the “Company”, “we” or “us” refer to Pontegadea España, S.L., with fiscal residence at Cantón Grande nº 4, 15003 – A Coruña and BIN B-15131741.

The Company uses your personal data for the following purposes:

Legitimate interests: We use your personal data when the Company needs them for its legitimate interests, and in particular:

Who do we share your personal data with?

 The Company shares your personal data with (i) suppliers of IT services, who use them in order to provide IT support services, and (ii), with administrative and/or judicial authorities when required by law.

If this data is not provided, the Company will not be able to maintain its contractual relationship with you nor comply with its obligations. In all other cases, the provision of the personal data requested is optional.

Similarly, should we not comply with our legal obligations regarding protection of personal data, you have the right to present a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

How long do we store your data?

We store your personal data during the time required for the purposes described above. For the same reason, we will eliminate or anonymise your personal data, once it is no longer necessary for said purposes, unless it is necessary to maintain it (appropriately blocked) during a longer time period when there is a legal or regulatory obligation to do so or when the personal data is needed to establish, exercise and/or defend actual or potential legal actions, investigations or similar procedures.
